2 cups coffee with milk and stevia
1 – 6 oz cup of Greek yogurt ( Yoplait ) with blueberries

½ c almonds

4 medium meatballs with marinara sauce
1 c edamame
1 pear

2 slices CE meatloaf ( I’ll be posting my recipe soon )
Steamed spaghetti squash
