While doing some research last night, I came upon this list of 24 Super Foods over at Prevention Magazine's website. Each entry has a small blurb about the food's health benefits. Super Foods are generally recognized as foods that have intense nutritional values, and have been shown through scientific studies to significantly contribute to a healthier body.
