I saw this online, and I knew it would be something I had to repost. I like what this poster has to say, and the healthy mantras on the "Very Happy" side are well worth internalizing. Remembering that your mood is very closely tied to the quality of what your body receives to eat is an important part of Clean Eating. You can elevate your mood and your overall happiness by giving your body's machine what it needs to run at optimum performance...and processed foods are not good fuel!
