New year, new journal. I just opened up my new food journal for the year, and wrote my first notations: breakfast: 2 c coffee with milk, 1 Greek yogurt with 1 large banana.
I use a small Moleskine journal that fits in my purse. I like the rubber band place bookmark so I can easily turn to the right page. I also keep track of my weekly weight in back - I like being able to look back and see my weekly success.
Go out today and buy yourself a small food journal. Tracking your food and water intake lets you know where you are doing well, and where you can improve. You are also a lot less likely to eat something unclean if you know you have to write it down!
