I found this wonderful clean eating food pyramid over at The Gracious Pantry blog.
I like the way Tiffany at The Gracious Pantry has configured this pyramid. Water, our most basic nutritional element, is the base of the pyramid. Then, equal parts of vegetables, beans / legumes, lean meats, and fruits & whole grains. At the top - the lowest consumption is dairy and healthy fats. Smart, smart, smart!
Use this as a visual guide to clean eating - it is a helpful reminder of how CE works!
